Art-based CNFT collection that aims to bring unique art to Cardano, as well as educate and increase awareness about psychedelics.
TrippyADA is a collection of psychedelic CNFT projects started by @M00NflyArts and @DabbyCrypto. It is the product of our lifelong obsessions with art and design, combined with our obsession with CNFTs and everything Cardano. We have also partnered with @HuthS0lo of Cardano Budz and CNFT Hub to handle the minting for our project.
Our first collections are the “Trippy Lips” series, which are based on a real world art collection that Moonfly started nearly 20 years ago. Trippy lips are a psychedelic interpretation of multiple generations, the Lips are a metaphor for images that are repeated throughout history that give us meaning without words. Images of Lips have been used to represent liberated, wild and free women since the 1960’s. M00Nfly created her own version of lips to represent herself, others and her psychedelic journey through time.
Trippy Lips were inspired by her first psychedelic experience, which would lead her down a rabbit hole of questions about art, society and the universe. She wanted to draw on the visual inspiration of her past psychedelic experiences to create art that expands your consciousness and awareness of the world around you. Series 1 of Trippy Lips drew inspiration from the events of the 1960’s, series 2 drew inspiration from the 1970’s, and the following series will be based on the 1980’s, 1990’s, and 2000’s.
Our mission is to bring original, hand-made, high quality art and design to the Cardano blockchain and CNFT collectors. Our goal is to reward collectors of our tokens through various forms of utility, including airdrops, special access to giveaways, early access to future sales, limited merch drops, and more. We also hope to be able to contribute to initiatives such as cannabis legalization and psychedelic research with future drops.
We want to build a strong community of collectors and art lovers around our NFTs, and hope to provide further value to collecting our art through community engagement.
